Cause Description:
Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association has been a registered charity since 2001. We care for orphaned kittens, pregnant cats and nursing cats, All of these should not be in shelter situations due to the presence of diseases which can easily kill young kittens. All our animals are in foster homes. We also run a trap, spay ,release program with wild ( feral) cats living on the streets. All funds go directly to the feeding , vet care etc of our charges. We are a no kill rescue.
