Purrfect Paws, Inc. is an organization protecting and promoting the welfare of felines. The organization provides a transitional haven for unwanted, abandoned, and abused felines regardless of breed, size, age, or temperament. Each feline is provided love, refuge, and all needed medical care before appropriate placement with a committed caretaker. Purrfect Paws uses holistic approaches in the care of felines. Veterinarians provide holistic and conventional services. The positive traits of each feline are enhanced by utilizing Homeopathy, Flower Essence Therapy, Reiki, Massage, Pet Intuitive Readings, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Mind Body Consultations addressing transitions, emotional trauma, behavioral issues, and physical conditions. Nutritional needs are met through all natural food products. The felines transition to a permanent home through an adoptive process to ensure an appropriate match. The process includes pre and post educational material and classes, professional services and consultations as well as scheduled visits. At anytime and for any reason should a caretaker no longer be able to provide care, the caretaker is contracted to surrender the feline to Purrfect Paws. Purrfect Paws, Inc. is located in Manhattan, Kansas and is funded by donations and membership fees.
